Emily M. Vincent
Prior to joining the Firm in 2014, Emily served as a judicial law clerk for two and a half years at the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas. In that role, she was responsible for conducting legal research and drafting to assist the Court on motions, hearings, and trials covering a wide array of civil litigation matters, including commercial contracts, labor and employment, real estate, personal injury, and professional tort/malpractice.
Emily started her legal career in the litigation department of a large international law firm. There, she was involved in many aspects of the discovery process and large case management. While attending Case Western Reserve University School of Law, Emily competed as a member of the mock trial team, and worked in the Milton A. Kramer Law Clinic, representing under-privileged members of the greater Cleveland area in various civil matters.
Emily is a member of the Columbus Bar Association, Women Lawyers of Franklin County, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Chief Justice Thomas J. Moyer American Inn of Court.
