Jill R. Spiker
Jill Spiker has represented clients in disputes involving food borne illness, civil antitrust class actions, First Amendment issues, statutory claims, contract disputes, and a variety of business torts. In doing so, she has worked with clients at all points in the litigation process at both the state and federal level including jury and bench trials. Jill also has extensive legal research and writing experience, drafting numerous motions and briefs at both the state and federal level.
Prior to joining the Firm, Jill spent more than five years as a litigator in the Philadelphia office of a large law firm. Jill also served as a law clerk for the Hon. Anita B. Brody in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and as a law clerk for Magistrate Judge Terence P. Kemp in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
Jill previously served on the Board of CASA (Court-Appointed Special Advocates) of Philadelphia County. She currently serves on the Board of The Tandana Foundation, which promotes cross-cultural volunteer opportunities, community initiatives, and scholarships in Ecuador and Mali.
